Washington DC based songwriter and performer Jim Steed feels as comfortable in front of 40,000 people opening for major national acts like Elton John, Kansas, Moody Blues, Eddie Money, and Michael McDonald, or performing for the Vice President of the United States, as he does playing to a intimate club crowd. "It's all about getting the music across and connecting with people," says Jim. For over 15 years, Jim Steed has been connecting with thousands of people locally with his brand of original pop/rock music. An award-winning songwriter, Jim's music has been featured on WUSA television, WRQX radio, as well as several well-known regional comercials.
