Corinne and first began singing at the age of four. She grew up in a musical family where family "jam" sessions around the kitchen table were a regular occurrence. With her mom playing the guitar and her brother playing the drums (or beating on the chairs), she would be shaking a tambourine and singing her heart out. Country music wasn’t rooted in her until she first heard The Judds sing. From that moment on, Corinne knew that she wanted to sing. Unlike the title of her new album, Corinne was very shy as a child. She sang with her school choir for many years, but really felt alive the first time she sang a solo. She was scared to death standing in front of all those people, but she put her fears aside and belted it out. Over the years Corinne developed her style, overcame her fears, and now she can honestly say “I’m Not Shy” anymore!!
