At the first sign of baldness you shaved your head
Hair sprouts from ears, nose, palms.
A wax figure of Hitler, with real hair
Is melted down after his hair, including his moustache, begins to grow.
In corners of an old damp house
There is hair growing on the walls
Which grows back thicker
If you shave the wall
The length of hair was used
Like the rings in a tree trunk
To measure time
But the rate of growth was found to be inconsistent
