Ended in 2006 Welcome! All the songs on this website are from performances at the Now & Zen Cafe. We have had many great perfomers and will continue to. If you are a performer from beginner to expert, stop by on our Open Mic Night. Come in and share your talent with the community. We will only post your songs with your permission. If you are not a performer, be our guest at Now & Zen and support your local artists. Everyone is welcome to listen and download(when offered) the songs from this site. Please post any comments you have on the message board. The sign up sheet is always available by 7:30...sometimes as early as 7:00, if I can get across town fast enough:-) Please no call ins...First come First Choice of performance slots. If the list is full before 8 I'll start early! TUESDAY TUESDAY TUESDAY TUESDAY! We've had such a success with Thursday night Open Mic that we have started a second Open Mic night on Tuesdays. This will be slightly different than Thursday night. Tuesday will be a combination of acoustic & electric performances with an emphasis on having people joining in on the performances with percussion and perhaps some lead fill ins. Now and Zen is a huge supporter of local talent of all types. As part of our support to local musicians we would like to play specially selected songs from our Open Mic nights and from Cd's that artists have already made. There is no charge for this service! If you don't have a CD, come to either one of our Open Mic's on Tuesday or Thursday and we'll record your performance and consider it for possible rotation to be played in the future. For those of you that do have Cd's and would like to be consider for song rotation please submit your Cd's to Rich S.
