16pac was created in 2002 with singer Emma Delaval and Guitarist-producer François Puech. We’re playing what I would call an electro-folk music (sometime electro-pop you would say). Sort of crossroad between Björk and Porstishead would be an ideal description. For our first demo, we were selected on the 2003 CQFD compilation of the French rock magazine “Les Inrockuptibles” (100 000 copies) with the song “My Heart Is Full Of Music”. Now we’ve achieved the production of an 8 tracks demo which has been selected as album of the month on the Belgian radio “Radio Sud”. We’ve also play few gigs in Paris in May and June. We also got some nice reviews from the following webzine : www.connectionbizarre.net, www.liabilitywebzine, www.endofpop.org. We currently try to promote our music and we’re looking for a label for the production / distribution of a debut album. Since this summer, We are working on our first album.
