Story behind the song
Bjölli wrote this song late night one day while surfing the internet. Some guy in IRC said his bellybutton smelled like shit, so Bjölli wrote this song to him (Farðu í bað is Icelandic for take a bath). It was originally supposed to be an encore song (in a "you asked for it, so now we're gonna play our worst song ever" kinda way) for Bjölli's other band, Ljótur Hundur, but they didn't want it so Bjölli recorded the song on his own, with the help of Smári and Elliði. Once Bjölli's agent (now TBK's agent obviously) put the song on the net, they needed a name, which he came up with on the spot, "Tríó Bjölla klikk". The rest is history. Today, the Trio has by far outlived and outsold Ljótur Hundur.
