There is no fixed "band". The chief songwriter, vocalist, guitar player, bass player and keyboard player is the Rev. Bill Daviet. Backing vocals on many tracks by his lovely wife, Lynne Daviet. Story behind the song
I attended a worship conference in early 2003 where Marty Nystrom mentioned that few of the modern P&W songs were being written from the point of view of God speaking to His children. So I decided to write one.
