Don't ask - I can't pronounce it either...but it sure looks cool.

Music so wishes to be heard that it sometimes calls upon some unlikely characters to give it voice. Few are more unlikely than Scott, a reclusive multi-instrumentalist exploring the vast musical landscape, heedless of fad or fashion. Ambient soundscapes and world polyrhythms weave seamlessly around scorching rock riffs, united by the all-pervasive groove.

Story behind the song
This is a live improvisation, with the intro ambience and percussion loop added later. I originally wanted to name it after the Mayan or Aztec Rain God, but both turned out to be short and uninteresting - not the usual bunch of Q's and X's - so after some small research I setteld on "Uaxactún," an ancient Mayan city on the Yucatan Peninsula.
