Featuring Lorna. Pic- Where has my Sense of Humour Gone by David Rothwell

A Scintillating nimbus
Now a miserable old git, hair growing out of places it once didn't and not in places it once did; Autumn approaching... What's the point I still ask myself? To be on my own planet? To want to share? To relieve my frustration? To attempt to counteract- in some minute way- the doctrine that Socialism, as a valid political and economic theory is impotent? Things have changed since I first collated this page. The bubble burst, but instead of attempting to right the inequalities created over the previous three decades- the haves are still getting richer at the expense of the have nots. My band is called 'The Peppermoths'.

Lyrics
Too Late Falling over swept up leaves Knowing not what to believe Too late The magic in your eyes Now I realise Too Late Continents were ours to take The shelf just slipped didn’t see the break Too late You said it in your eyes I didn’t realise Were we telling ourselves lies I don’t think so and I’ll find The love that we once knew The template that was you I will always take that to the place where I land next I’ll never forget you Great friendships they are few It will keep my heart warm and my eyes wide open Take the blinkers off and find the answers to your questions I’ll Find the sun and then I’ll see you again Walking over red hot coals Welcoming all the lost souls Too late To see it in your eyes No sign of disguise My mate Continents were ours to fake The shelf just slipped didn’t see the break Too late You said it in your eyes I didn’t realise Were we telling ourselves lies I don’t think so and I’ll find The love that we once knew The template that was you I will always take that to the place where I land next I’ll never forget you Great friendships they are few It will keep my heart warm and my eyes wide open Take the blinkers off and find the answers to your questions I’ll Find the sun and then I’ll see you again Chris Whitty aka 3gGene/Fezz
