Story behind the song
This song was translated from the original Cobain - not as many people believe a language spoke in Seattle, but rather the oddly franco-teutonic sounding language spoken by a race of humanoids who wear odd cloaks and very heavy metal jewelry. Mekanik Repairiw Kommand Oh is an extract from the first movement of the Ships Mekanik trilogy of cd's in which it is discovered that the ship has fallen well behind on general maintenance following the lengthy poker game by the ships engineers recounted in the Udu Hold'em quadruple cd set. The ships crew point out all the things which need fixing and the engineers reply that they know.
Lyrics
The lyrics basically take the form of an introduction followed by two sets of choruses, the ship's crew starts first then the engineers join in. None pays any attention to the other.
