Story behind the song
All I could visualize when I was putting this thing together, was a rope moving around by itself like a snake; cept it was a rope. Nutz ey? The reason? Well, I remember skipping rope when I was a kid, and remembering how the tempo is reasonably constant; grooving almost like a disco beat. I used some arabian licks in this jam which made me think of a snake charmer. The combination ... Steppen Rope. The things you think about when you do music. Anyway, this is more like a jam than a structure theme with a hook. I hope you enjoy the riffage. Song was released on October 15th, 2000.
