A song for my Mom.
Artist picture
Folk/Country music and an excellent backup group.
Me (Jimmy Morgan): I have been playing guitar and singing since I was nine years old. My inspiration to play guitar and sing as a child was my family. The great support and love from my family has inspired me to write songs that come from the heart. My current CD "Jimmy Morgan, Life - Beginning to End" reflects my love for my wife, of twenty-one years, Thurma; my four children Jason, Jennifer, Kevin, and Emily; and my Mother, Lyla. Joel Martin: My friend and former neighbor, now has a house with a serious recording studio. Joel has been playing music for almost 34 years, he started taking piano lessons when he was six. He has studied music in college, and is proficient at many instruments. His forte is composing and arranging. Jason Stark: A dear friend of the family and an excellent volcalist, musician, and songwriter. Plays guitar, harmonica, brass horns, chello, and keyboard. He can play just about anything he picks-up. Elle Clark: Another friend with a beautiful voice. Elle is also a Musician and Songwriter. I'm so glad to have her as a part of the band.

Story behind the song
My Mom wished I would write more often because I never write at all. So, I wrote this song for her as an everlasting letter.
Lyrics
Dear mom, I know it's been a while, since I last wrote to you. Dear Mom, I hope you know, that I'm thinking of you. Everybody here is doing fine, the kids are playing in the yard. They told me to send their love to you, and I'm sending my love too. Dear Mom. Dear Mom, I hope you're doing fine, I hope you know I miss you. Dear Mom, maybe we'll see you soon. Maybe come Christmas time. Everybody here is doing fine, the kids are playing in the yard. They told me to send their love to you, and I'm sending my love too. Dear Mom. Dear Mom, It's getting late, I guess I'll close for now. Dear Mom, All my love always your son. Everybody here is doing fine, the kids are playing in the yard. They told me to send their love to you, and I'm sending my love too. Dear Mom. Everybody here is doing fine, the kids are playing in the yard. They told me to send their love to you, and I'm sending my love to you Dear Mom. I Love You Mom.
