Writer of Contemporary Praise and Worship music to uplift the church and reach the lost.
First of all, the word "Band" is a misnomer with regard to me. With the exception of the Lord I am working on this project alone. With, of course, the support of my loving wife and family. Several of my songs were co-written with my brother in the Lord and dearest friend Keith Gamblin who went home to be with Jesus on April 9, 2004. I thank the Lord that I have these songs to remember him by. I am currently serving as the Worship Pastor at Kingman First Assembly of God in Kingman, AZ. However, I am looking forward to branching out in the future and doing some traveling ministry by leading worship and teaching seminars in various venues. I have over 12 years of ministry experience and more than 20 years experience in music. Thank you for visiting my soundclick webpage.

Story behind the song
I was at camp as a teen and a minister preached a message entitled "Fed Up! Filled Up and Fired Up!" The song was birthed from there. I later came up with the organ lead during the bridge which is the tune from "Heart and Soul". At first I though it was corny. Then it hit me: "I am fed up with all my heart and soul." Note: There are so many listings of copyright info on the song "Heart and Soul" that I was unable to pinpoint it. If any one has access to that info I would greatly appreciate it so that I can give credit where credit is due. Thanks
Lyrics
Fed Up! James D. Ellis (c) 2004 James D. Ellis Frustration Tormenting you Filling your mind Temptation You fall for it Every time Subtle illusions Give way to the pain Simple intrusions Mess you up again But this time Is the last time Now you've had enough! 'Cause you're fed up With misunderstanding Fed up With wrong being right So get up Don't take it any longer Don't be afraid To stand up and say that you're Fed up Sensation Filling every part Elation Welling up in your heart Today is the day You've made the choice You've got the strength God is the source This time is the first time You're gonna stand And be tough (CHORUS)
