The Nads are a soloist punk music project featuring Jason Ramone & the Star Guitar (my beat box). The Nads have been playing political and comedic songs from 1997 to 2002. This August 2002 was the Nads 5th Anniversary. The Nads began in Cornwall Ontario, but have since moved operations to Ottawa Ontario (visit Punk Ottawa). The Nads play a few gigs each month, have been aired on college radio stations, and will be featured on the CBC radio soon. The Nads have also been aired on Speakers Corner, listed in the Ottawa Xpress and Manufacturing Dissent, as well as been interviewed in DIY zines. The Nads have been featured on several compilation C.D.'s, and The Nads have C.D.'s, Tapes, T-shirts, KeyChains, Stickers, and other merch for sale.
