Poetic Flow: I can’t forget that day when I first saw the signs ~ the many lines on your arms and legs ~ scars of all kinds/ Horrible designs covering your body ~ I didn’t understand ~ what are you doing ruining a beautiful thing ~ I’m reviewing wondering what the hell is happening ~ holding you in my arms trying to make her see herself thru my eyes ~ but she views herself with despise ~ cries coming out her mouth ~ saying she wants to die/ I’m praying to the sky with a loud shout ~ Please Katy don’t shut me out but let me in/ I don’t even know where to begin ~ but the problem lies within the packaging ~ a low self-esteem hiding underneath her skin/ Spending Sleepless nights in bed crying ~ trying to lift herself up ~ sighing/ Thinking that everyone is lying ~ feeling like a lost cause caught in a trap ~ searching for the right road without a guide or map ~ but remember that I always got your back/ A loving person is what she lacks ~ she needs someone who exposes her true being ~ forces her to stop fleeing and free the problems so she can start seeing without eye covers/ It’s about time to recover and to stop looking at herself through broken mirrors ~ twisting her point of view ~ I didn’t notice the depression she goes through ~ drawing her demons on her skin like a terrible tattoo/ Let me hold you and together we’ll start anew ~ together we’ll share our time ~ your threshold for pain is greater than mine/ You need to straighten out your spine and chase your dreams ~ close your ears for the demonic screams and shoot for the stars ~ stop living your life behind your mental prison bars till all is left is the itching from the healing scars/
