we are a jam band looking for people who like to dance and have a good time.
We came, we saw, we played and then there was silence.Lady in velvet receides into night of goodbye, what time was it when the music died? Oh the masses of shiney people they mumble and mingle, mournful of the loss love they once held so dear.I fear the echo has faded to a sound I can not hear...

Story behind the song
one summers eve I was strolling through central park nyc.where I came upon the band shell and there I saw a beautfull woman reading her poetry bareing her soul to any one that would listen. And did I mention she was naked! needless to say I stuck around for her performance.
Lyrics
brother are you crazy no I just observe walking that very fine line never meaning to disturb those minstrals in the park after dark not what they seem on a midsummers night you dont have to dream. Poet stripper like a nymph you bare your soul to me on the topic of acrobats and clowns dancing free a gental breeze reflects thoughts of what it means on a midsummers night you dont have to dream.
