Story behind the song
Racoons were getting the chickens at night. ripping them through the wire and pulling off their heads. The chickens were my future meals, so the coons had to go. Not before they got quite a few of them.

Sad Little Chickens, Well i got a bunch-a-chickens thought i'd givem all a good home. Because i got a couple acres thats enough for them to roam. I put the bitties in the shed cause the weather got cold. Yes. they're little yellow furballs only three days old. The weather warmed up so i put-em outside, but the 'coons came and ate 'em shoulda left 'em inside. They snatched em through the wire and they pulled off their legs, Then they finished 'em off when they pulled off their heads, Dead little chicken, OFF WITH THIER HEADS...
