An old song that came out of WW I, when alot of soldiers were treated with cocaine. We got it from Townes Van Zandt, who got it from Hoyt Axton.

I forgot we had this page! I posted this in early fall '04, just before the current incarnation of the band started playing together in SLC. The players on these songs are not the players on Sloppy Jalopy, and all of these songs are different from the songs on our album - though a few appear there as well. Nick Vidinsky sings and plays guitar on "Cocaine blues" and "Waiting around to die", Adam Hofrichter plays drums, Nate Tomlinson plays harmonica, mandolin, and sings backups. I played at least one of the guitars, bass, and dobro on all of the songs, and sang lead on the ones that Nick didn't. I'll leave the rest of it just as it was two years ago. -Shoeless We are a loose conglomeration of friends who met under surreal conditions in Jackson, Wyoming, formed an intense friendship, and dispersed as quickly as we met. Members now live in New York City, Salt Lake City, and Portland, OR.
