Story behind the song

I was doing some research for a project, that's tucked away in the dark dank corners of my mind, when I came across an old broadcast recording of the announcemnt about the A-bomb dropped on hiroshima. a few hours later this track spewed forth, and as usual was left unfinished.  One of these days I'll get at it again :)
