Of course the music bible is correct. Our efforts are centered on creating niche muzik for the ages. Whether it's hiphop, reggae or alternative, we want people to pop in (or download) DIA recordings generations from now and say: "this is the sh*t." From a social standpoint, global rock transcends race, class, gender and even age. It's about rhythm, culture and total inclusion. So go ahead and check out these FREE track. You might find something you like or even luv. DIA Records would like to thank all radio station (college, internet, public/community, urban and alternative) jocks worldwide who have given D.I.A's. Story behind the song
This track was recorded at Michael Livngston's Studio in da village of Harlem in 1997 under Jamekee Records. The track was produced in less than an hour. Mad man Jack Ruby Jr. applied vocals in one take borrowing a little flava from Junior Byles' "Fade Away". We feel it is definitely time to pull it out, dust it off and launch it under Jamekee/D.I.A. in dedication to the livity of youths everywhere especially in Sudan, Africa. Stop da genocide yo. The track is just perfect. D.I.A. likes that grungy/dirty sound for certain tracks. Big up to Richie Roots of Black Mind records for equing da track. This track will be released on the forthcoming "Jamekee Records Series".
