Lyrics
The Man In Black Verse 1: He sang about the poor and hungry souls Who were lost and down and out And still today, if you listen real hard You can hear what I'm talking about Chorus: The man in black, no he didn't take no flak From the world he was living in And later in life, made peace with his God And lived in this world without sin Verse 2: He gave so much more than he ever asked for back And he'll always be missed, my beloved man in black From the fields to the prisons, your music has touched us all And you'll receive your ovation in the heavens of kingdom hall Chorus: The man in black, no he didn't take no flak From the world he was living in And later in life, made peace with his God And lived in this world without sin Verse 1: He sang about the poor and hungry souls Who were lost and down and out And still today, if you listen real hard You can hear what I'm talking about Chorus: The man in black, no he didn't take no flak From the world he was living in And later in life, made peace with his God And lived in this world without sin
