Story behind the song
In writing "To The Dancefloor", I was simply trying to express the freedom I get when I'm dancing in a nightclub. You know, its not easy to keep it together sometimes with all the stresses that we encounter; but when I hit that floor and the music is bumping and rocking, all my tensions seem to melt away. I think we all feel that way when we pump our favorite song in the club or at home in private. Music is the salve that soothes our ills.
Lyrics
