Story behind the song
The lyrics for this track came about after the recent atrocity in Beslan. While the lyrics aren't and never were intended to be about the tragedy,the television news coverage of that incident couldnt fail i suppose to trigger something inside my head. At the time I couldn't help thinking about the parents of those children and what they would give to hold their murdered kids just "One More Time." I have always felt that it is a sad reversal of the natural order when parents have to bury their kids. i guess it feels even more emotive when your child dies at the hands of a terrorist and not by some tragic accident i realise now that no matter what direction you think your life could be heading, it could all be snatched away in one twist of fate. In its simplest form these set of lyrics are about not knowing whats in each of our futures. We should make the most of what we got and cherish it closely.....jim I feel that the music is quite uplifting and sends out almost a positive vibe, especially towards the end of the song. Overall, very pleased with the way this one turned out. Ken.

Hey...I don't know if you are still trying to name that second album, but seeing as the first one was called Chapter One, this song "One More TIme" would be a good title track for the second. Just a thought...
