Havre De Grace is a pretty little town in Maryland, located where the Susquehannah River meets the Chesapeake Bay.. almost voted to be the capital of the United States, losing by a few votes to a city to be built now called Washington, DC..  It is a quaint little town with a population of maybe 12,000..

A version of the song I wrote about this 'jewel by the bay'.. dedicated to Marie, at 80 years young, one of Havre De Grace's coolest citizens..
