A joke that seemed funny at the time, a crude and intentionally ironic caricature of a goth night “playa”. The song generated a lot of fan email, and somehow turned up on playlists on several clubs and underground radio shows around the country, despite only being “released” as this lo-fi mp3 on some music web sites. The song ended up getting remixed and mastered by random people whom I never spoke to.
