Story behind the song

The hook here is a sample from Regenerated Headpiece's Rat Race Vacation LP. Phon-X made me the beat, then sent it over the pipe to my home in suburban Pittsburgh (isn't technology sick?). I practiced my rhymes for weeks to match up with this wacked out beat. Then I hit NYC, and recorded the entire EP on June 22nd, before rockin a show with RHP in Brooklyn. That was a nice trip for sure.
