An adolescents imaginary band. This is their first album reimagined by the magic of todays technolgy.
In the late 1960's into the early 1970's I was a teenager, still in school and clueless about what to do with my life. I had yet to learn guitar but spent hours in the front room playing on the family upright piano. In my imagination I was in a band called "Peace". For some reason I thought the most important recording label in the world was United Artists. With biro in hand I created their first platinum selling album. All these decades later (and with a little help from ai) this is my attempt to reimagine what that band may have sounded like if countless dollars and the talent of actual producers had been poured into those adolescent dreams! It is hopelessly naive and disconnected, but as these songs have played in my head for over 50 years it was time for their excorcism. So I present to you a self indulgent masterpiece "THE AJ PEACE PROJECT"

Story behind the song
Just a song about a mysterious whistling man who walks alone...
Lyrics
Whistling Joe Adrian J Pratt 1970 Whistling Joe. Walking along Always, always, carrying a song, Nobody knows, where his tunes come from Some say the moon, some say the sun, He walks alone, and wherever he goes The people all say, That's Joe don't you know He knows everybody, Everybody knows him There he goes. Whistling Whistling Joe. Carrying a tune, Has no cares, never seems blue, Nobody knows, where he is going He doesn't mind, nobody knowing He walks alone, and wherever he goes The people all say, That's Joe don't you know He knows everybody, Everybody knows him There he goes. Whistling Whistling Joe. A mysterious fellow Never seems rushed, always seems mellow Nobody knows, how he survives Some say he's lived many, many lives He walks alone, and wherever he goes The people all say, That's Joe don't you know He knows everybody, Everybody knows him There he goes. Whistling But whistling Joe, Before you move away, Please share one more tune. With us today...
