Story behind the song
Early to mid 90s. Includes samples of a couple of kids party-style tooters / party blowers / party horn. One was a green plastic, stubby tube with dimensions a little smaller than a reel of thread with a metal disk with small holes at its centre. Its used at the very start of the track, transposed down a few tones and throughout the remainder of the track at various transpositions. Kinda kooky sound.
