Josef Stylin is emerging as a leader of the new generation of Hip Hop. What started out as a hobby on the lunchroom tables quickly brooded over into a passion for hip-hop and the love of music. After High school, getting into trouble only led to more things to rap about, and his name was starting to buzz in the mixtape circles and throughout the borough of Brooklyn. Having a child early only furthered his plunge into the streets for the fast money that would have ended him in a prison cell or worse, had it not been for one incident. With his last bit of money he didn't buy an ounce or a even a few grams..he built a studio Thus was the birth of FAM Records, and Josef Stylin's debut cd "The Tyrant". "The name just came to me one day while recording, because it describes how I feel in this hip-hop game and what I plan to do with the FAM". Josef Stylin's music focuses on bringing back real hip-hop, the music that came from the soul from a time where the quality of the song really mattered, not how many units it pushed or how many girls are in the video.
