I created a drum set with a KTÄK (a body snare), a frame drum (as the bass drum), and a pandeiro (Brazilian tambourine). The other strange percussive sound is springs vibrating on a tabletop mic stand ran through a ring modulator. I couldn't resist putting a guitar in there.
The drum kit was entirely improvised, both in its construction and playing.
