Story behind the song
This song is actually a combination of two seperate songs that I put together for an interesting effect of contrast. The first part is about being mired in a unimaginable sea of hopelessness and then being rescued by an amazing person. The next part (or phase, as lyrics go) is about dealing with obstacles along the way and meant to encourage the same person that saved me.
