Ben Messenger - Singer/Songwriter/Professional Procrastinator
Singer/Songwriter, originally hailing from Cumbria, Northern England, but living in Cardiff, Wales at the moment. Raised on Randy Travis and Garth Brooks, and then listened to a whole lot of Bruce Springsteen and Eagles, a bunch of pop, rock, indie and punk, and a lot more country. I've put it all together, added a few splashes of beer and life, and out pops my own music. Don't know how much turns out good though. Anyhow, hope you enjoy. Cheers, Ben

Story behind the song
The original music and lyric was dark and depressing - "Nobody's here to save me, or to catch me when I fall, nobody ever gave me anything at all." But when producer Andrew Griffiths got his hands on it without knowing the mood, he produced a great, upbeat track and instead of scrapping it, Bob, Allan and Ben rewrote the chorus and a few more of the lyrics in the studio.
