I grew up in the DMV an area largely effected by drugs and gang violence. what we did have is a multicultural environment and everyone would fw each other. We have a distinct accent whether you from Baltimore, D.C, Gaithersburg, Rockville, PG county, or Virginia there's tons of good music to be found. I went from being scammed by big producers, living with roaches in an apartment with no electricity to making my own music and expressing my self. I lived in pittsburgh after dropping out of art school and now live in NY Glory to jesus christ Glory to God almighty may you be guided by the holy spirit in the name of God
