Story behind the song
This is a song about a controlling kind of relationship...controlling and violent I guess actually. But it has a good resolution.
Lyrics
I don’t think so 300 feet tall I’m back behind the wall You taunt me night and day Tear my clothes Push my face to the floor Smash the phone I hear the door slam closed Chorus: And this is how you tell me that you love me This is how you show me that you care You say I’m lucky that you love me I don’t think so You lie You hold my wrist too tight You say I can’t survive with out you You think I’m nothing You tell me everyday You find new ways to make me pay Chorus I make myself real small Till I’m not here at all Do what you like I feel nothing You climb upon me Push your way inside Your eyes glaze over You see nothing Chorus You say no one else will love me I don’t think so
