Joe Robinson is a seasoned musician with a passion for hard rock and a prolific songwriter and guitarist, known for his emotive lyrics and infectious melodies.
I grew up in a family of musicians and started my journey in the eighties, first writing songs and singing and later picking up a guitar. In 1995 I recorded my first album "Train of Tears" with my band PHOENIX at Ultimate Music Studios that was engineered by Grammy award winner Lonnie Park, and shortly after the band folded. Over the years I've played with many talented players and bands, but bands came and went and I got tired of starting all over again with every new project so in the end I decided to go it alone. The three releases, “Faith, “Heart of Stone, and “My Technology are a culmination of my writing while I was away. I released them all at once as both a reintroduction and also as a glimpse of what I’m capable of as an artist. My way of saying I’m back and ready to continue the journey I started long ago.

Lyrics
Faith Sometime you just can’t win Like an outsider lookin in Spend my whole life searchin for the key Small steps, taking one by one Walk in time to the beating drum Following a path I cannot see Time moves too fast Good luck never seems to last Somedays when I just can’t get a break I rely on Faith Alone with the lights dow low Listening to the radio Fighting down my insecurity Sitting there while my minds astray Can’t get ahead by just playing it safe To survive I must try and chance my fate Time moves too fast Good luck never seems to last Somedays when I just can’t get it straight I rely on Faith Faith, you’ve got to hold on to it Dedicate yourself and do it If you just believe there’s nothing to it Stand up, and take your turn Making mistakes is how we learn Fuel the fire inside and let it burn Just let it burn
