Last Song (2004) instrumental

This was originally recorded in 2004 and was the 'last song' on Big Sleep's 67 album. I've 'tarted', it up as best as as I can. I've EQ'ed it to the limit of what it will take. It's 'scrubbed-up' quite well considering...
major snagg
Pop/Rock, Psychedelic, Ambient, Rhythm & Blues and beyond.
Major Snagg is the invented name of the 'band' that perform all my own musical creations. (songs and instrumentals). I play guitars, bass, rudimentary keyboards, harmonica, and sing. Melody has always been important to me... lyrics and guitar solos have to say or communicate something. I create musical worlds that I hope that you dear listener, will also want to explore and live in for a few moments...or longer if you feel that way inclined.

Story behind the song
An unapologetic Shadows style instrumental with a sad/melancholy feel. Well, it was the closing tune on the Big Sleep, 67 album.
Lyrics
Yes, there actually is a vocal version of this somewhere in the Golden Archive Of Forgotten Recordings. I'll search for it and upload it. If I recall correctly, there is an acoustic version too.

Cleans up well, this too. Yeah Instrumental Rock does just fine doesn't it. Love this too. But you can only feature one, and I put the vocal one in there. This is beautiful also though. Make no mistake. Glad you put these out. You're another one sitting on a treasure chest full of gems. God Love Us All.

There isn't a suitable 'genre' listed for this. Mellow Instrumental Rock ? If Hank Marvin opted to play Blues... call it what you will. Actually, I quite like this now that I've found it in my music archive and cleaned it up. Enjoy.
