As The Jackal leaves customs at the airport in Tokyo a large black man that has worked with The Jackal before points to a bright red sports car saying that their journey will be short and they can talk in the car. He asks about The Black Star Diamond to which The Jackal feigns ignorance. How does the black guy know about the diamond ? Who is he really and where are they going ? An hour later The Jackal is taken at gun point into a large industrial unit on the city outskirts. Within seconds The Jackal is grabbed and hastily tied up lifted onto a large metal table and strapped down. There are bright operating theatre lights overhead. A strange looking contraption with electrical wires is attached to The Jackals head. A large white machine with lots of switches and dials is buzzing ominously. The Japanes woman is there holding a large syringe. The Jackal is just about to speak as she thrusts the needle into The Jackals' neck. Within seconds The Jackal is unconscious. Wires from the device on The Jackals head are connected to the machine. After a second injection The Jackal is conscious, wildy staring around the room trying to ascertain who is there. The Japanese woman, Takiri, is there, but who are the others ? Suddenly a voice comes over a crackling speaker in the corner of the room and The Jackal clearly hears a female voice speak the words, "Start Processing" followed by a mans voice that said, "Open Your Mind". The buzzing machine whirs into life and suddenly The Jackal feels as though the world is spinning at 1000 revolutions a minute. What only seems like a few minutes later The Jackal regains consciousness, feeling dizzy, nauseous and extremely confused. The Jackal scans the room and sees two women in the corner talking quietly. Fully dressed and sat propped up by pillows on a bed The Jackal recognises the room and looks out through the window. It's The Jackals' bedroom in the house in Oxford UK. What has happened ? Has everything been an horrific dream ? My concept album called THE JACKAL is about an international spy & thief on the run across various continents of the world, being chased by different organisations & factions, including the FBI, MI6, Interpol, The Mossad & The Kabul. There is a brief story to accompany each piece of music about the exploits & mystery of THE JACKAL. Who is The Jackal, is it a Man, or is it a Woman ? You'll find out very soon !!!
