Major Snagg is the invented name of the 'band' that perform all my own musical creations. (songs and instrumentals). I play guitars, bass, rudimentary keyboards, harmonica, and sing. Melody has always been important to me... lyrics and guitar solos have to say or communicate something. I create musical worlds that I hope that you dear listener, will also want to explore and live in for a few moments...or longer if you feel that way inclined.

Story behind the song
A great song that UK Rhythm & Blues band...Dr Feelgood used to play in their fabulous gigs. I was lucky enough to see them a couple of times. This is what electricity was invented for! this was written by Wico Johnson (of Dr Feelgood) and Mick Green, the well respected guitarist who was in Johnny Kid & The Pirates.

Yeah reminds me of the mid 70s pub rock scene. Saw the Feelgoods a few times and they were awesome!

Love this!! Really does sound like a live recording! Very dynamic, plenty of energy, great harmonies. Fantastic job on the harmonica, vocals & drums. Brilliant version!!
