Story behind the song
KAHN 1 - before he went to space and saved the universe he was just Sunny Dee, an 80's child, raised on such things as mutated turtles, video games and television such as 'Punky Brewster'. Before winning the 'Last Starfighter' arcade game, he was a drug dealing mallrat who was in a band called 'Concept Confederation'. In 2013 they released a CD entitled 'Sunny Dee - Degradation & Negativism', a graphically perverse album with songs such as 'Go Fuck Yourself' and 'Lets Rape Tori Amos Again'. Soon after he was forced to put his ambitions of hip hop stardom aside as he was recruited via the 'Starfighter' machine to become a pawn in a galactic war, be killed and reborn as KAHN 1 The Eternal Space Wanderer. The rest of the history has become interwoven with your own past as KAHN travels dimensions, screwing up the timeline completely. You're welcome. Hope you enjoy this flavorful track, written well before a 'Punky' reboot was a thought in Miss Moon Frye's head. It kind of fills in the gaps of Punky's life, at least before she met Glomer.
