Story behind the song
This song is about a man who is drivin insane and eventually to suicide by a cricket that he cannot find in his home only to be reincarnated into the cricket looking back at himself. While trying to speak back to himself, to let himself know not to commit suicide or he will become the cricket, all he can do is churp which eventually drives himself insane again...
Lyrics
Two Lives-Mine Reciprocate-Inside time The insect who calls hides inside these wreched walls Two Lives-Mine Reciprocate-Inside time The insect who calls hides inside these wreched walls Night after night-Constantly Day after day-It sings to me Night after night-I cannot sleep Day after day-It's mocking me It's over now I've got a rope around my neck I end this life and now i see what is next I know i'm not a human I must be an insect Then i see my former self and i try to connect The more i speak the more my soul becomes a freak Oh no! There's the noose! Come on listen to me! Dead again The cricket lives and dies again Now i'm back and this cricket cries again Two Lives-Mine Reciprocate-Inside time The insect who calls hides inside these wreched walls
