MY OLDIES. In post-9/11 Bush-Cheney days, I vented by writing "MOp-eds", musical op-eds. I had an acoustic, electric, Yamaha keyboard, & MusicMaker10.
The light was all shining on me for a while there back in the oughts and I made some CDs and I uploaded some of the songs here. I came back in 2021, on the occasion of Darth Vadar's 80th birthday, to upload a couple more Dick (Cheney) songs I recorded back then, and I've re-ordered my songs so we can party like it's 2006 or 7.

Hi! Thanks for coming in. Now, you know what we're doing-- a musical CD recap of the events of 2006, for the family...it's a surprise, we're going to present it to them at the annual Holiday Hunt up in Wyoming. Are you going to make it for that? No? Oh. Oh, too bad! Lots, lots of stuff to shoot at up in Wyoming. Anyway, uh, your track is going to be sweet, touching, funny-- it's going to show there are no hard feelings, so I'm very excited about recording it. Now while you're in the booth, if you need to talk to us, just speak into the mic, you'll hear us through the headset-- we can erase that all later. And I just want to say before we begin, you look great. If you don't know what to look for, and the light's not very good, you can hardly tell. So let's give this a shot.
