Life can be confronting and challenging at any age. It's so easy to develop habits that we aren't even aware of. It's only when we really see ourselves, sometimes in brief glimpses of who we are, what we have done and what we have become, good or bad, and the impact we have on those we love - it's in those moments when we can really be shaken by the truth and thankful we still have time to do something about it.
