He left behind a sheaf of lyrics and a laptop full of unrelated and mostly incomplete musical noodles. This is my attempt to stitch the two together... Story behind the song
This one's a bit different in that I had a lyric with chords and a noodle with the same title. Unfortunately the lyric was only two and a bit lines long... I had to write the rest and compose the melody but it all flowed very easily. It stars with a bit of Leonard Cohen style 3/4 picking for old times' sake...
