Musically, Im all over the place. R&B, Soul, Funk, Blues, Smooth Jazz, Gospel, etc.
New additions to this list include: Samba Music and House Music. I have composed songs in those genres.
I am also a fan of Country Music. This is my first recorded attempt at writing and singing a Country Ballad. I tried my best to stay in character and sing it like an actual Country Singer, However, if you listen, every now and then that Soul/R&B side tries to pop out and I have to get myself back in line lol.
Ive recently submitted the lyrics to this song to a Nashville Songwriting Competition.
Well see how that goes.
