Story behind the song
Fuck Bush
Lyrics
(written June 2004) The first casualty of war is always truth yes, now it seems that we've all been lied to. Down in Baghdad where the bombs blew against innocent civilians due to false intelligence. Rumsfeld and Cheney always talkin to the press, tryin to cover their asses since they got us in this mess. But none of those government officials back east are out getting shot at by Iraqis. While American blood spills on foreign soil, in the name of God, in the name of oil. President Bush said he wanted to liberate, but all it seems like we're doin is breeding hate >>In the middle east, there will never be peace; if we dont respect each other, then we'll never stop this beast. Cuz we're all together in this global community, so let's work together for respect and unity. We found no weapons of mass destruction its all just a big government obstruction of justice and sanity, dignity and pride even Jimmy Carter and his Nobel peace prize said that we were foolish for forcing our will upon other people and nations, or be killed. Even Hans Blix, the U.N. weapons inspector said the U.S. could have done way better and co-operated with the U.N. instead of droppin bombs with the coalition and so I'm dissapointed, depressed and ashamed, of my country, its leaders, and the bombs set aflame. In the war on terrorism, the battle is hard because the enemy is everywhere, near and afar. But when a country poses no immediate danger and we bomb it anyway it just fills me with anger Nothing personal, Georgie and Dick, but I hope that you both get voted out quick. Just because we might be the strongest nation doesn't mean we should be all about the domination. You'd think in this millenium we would be civilized, instead of acting like we did in ancient times. So I pray for the day that we're done with this shit, Until then, I'll kick back and just keep takin' hits. ...Beotch!
