Norm Stinson has been playing guitar and singing since he was a kid. His family and friends have been the only ones who knew. Only about a year ago did he begin to come out of his shell and play in front of “strangers” at open mics and coffee shops. Norm has been well received by his peers. Norm enjoys playing music, but never sacrifices life’s other rewards, such as family and friends. He has a unique balance in his life and it shows in his music. Norm’s musical style is quite diverse. His original songs vary from roots rock to roots country/blues. He really enjoys covering songs from a wide variety of artist. From the Allman Brothers to The Cure. From Hank Williams to Elvis Costello. Throw in some Neil Young, Chris Issak, Rod Stewart, and The Dixie Chicks, and soon you’ll be tapping your toes and singin’ along.

Lyrics
I Just Love This Life (Future Life) By Norm Stinson I like sitting on a swing with my feet out stretched. I like living like a king and having a cold beer fetched. I’d give anything to live each day like that. Get up early and go fishing in my hat. Take my rod and my reel, and load it in my truck. Drive out to the lake, as you wish me good luck. I kiss you goodbye and say have a good day. You say the grandkids are coming for an overnight stay. Man I just love this life. I’m so happy that you’re my wife. I love you now more than ever. Man I just love this life. We got us two great kids and we love ‘em so. I always knew that our love would grow. Now we’re getting older and they are too. They’ve got kids of their own, just starting school. We go to bed early and we wake up late. We do what we want, life just ain’t gonna wait. Life flies by like a big old bird. Our love grows stronger with every word. Man I just love this life. I’m so happy that you’re my wife. I love you now more than ever. Man I just love this life. Now we’re nearing the end of our time. Don’t it feel like we’ve done just fine? We’re living just as free as we please. In a double hammock under the trees. We might stay there all afternoon. Watch the sun as it chases the moon. If the bugs don’t bite us, we could be there all night. We’ll fall asleep in the pale moon light. Man I just love this life. I’m so happy that you’re my wife. I love you now more than ever. Man I just love this life. I like sitting on the porch and watch the sun come up. I like sitting there with you as we share the same cup. The sun gets hot as the coffee gets cold. Life with you gets better as we grow old. Man I just love this life. I’m so happy that you’re my wife. I love you now more than ever. Man I just love this life.
