Norm Stinson has been playing guitar and singing since he was a kid. His family and friends have been the only ones who knew. Only about a year ago did he begin to come out of his shell and play in front of “strangers” at open mics and coffee shops. Norm has been well received by his peers. Norm enjoys playing music, but never sacrifices life’s other rewards, such as family and friends. He has a unique balance in his life and it shows in his music. Norm’s musical style is quite diverse. His original songs vary from roots rock to roots country/blues. He really enjoys covering songs from a wide variety of artist. From the Allman Brothers to The Cure. From Hank Williams to Elvis Costello. Throw in some Neil Young, Chris Issak, Rod Stewart, and The Dixie Chicks, and soon you’ll be tapping your toes and singin’ along.

Lyrics
I Never Want To Be Apart Again By Norm Stinson I see stars in the daytime, I see the sun late at night. I see everything different now that you’re back in my life. I love you more than ever, now that we’re not apart. I love you like the first time, with all of my heart. You say that you would miss me in your bed. You never would leave me is what you said. I knew that you would miss me, but I had to go away. Now the plane ride home seems to last the whole day. I never want to go away again The last few months apart have been a sin. The time that we have lost almost tore my heart apart. I never want to be apart again. I’ve heard it said that love don’t last forever. But they don’t know the vows that we’ve made. I’ve heard them say that absence makes the heart grow fonder. I know our current loneliness will fade.
