Biography The Elevatorz are a group that specifies in making the modern genres ‘Gqom&electro’ music. 2 artists make the entire group [Nkululeko ‘Awillow’ Ngcobo (Producer & Dj)] & [ Sphamandla ‘Maphara’ Shongwe (Producer & Dj) ].The two artists started combing their different senses of music in 2015. Shortly after their collaboration ; in the year 2017 , ‘The Elevatorz’ confidence grew a whole lot stronger when their music was exposed to the ears of many ;by releasing 3 club hits ‘Gqilaza Ngidanse,The Groove & Isangoma. Tables turned in 2018 when the group combined the two genres and made it one (GqomLectro) releasing “Tribute to Avicii, Darkside as well as Turn Up”. The group most recent albums/Eps are ; ‘Ground Floor’ as well as their Ep ‘We Live & Dance In Durban’ .
