Welcome, there isn't much to say that would make you understand what I do better than just letting you know who I am, which is Jay. I'm the kind of guy who would rather stay inside and write then go outside and play, forever. I'm the kind of guy who falls in love with almost everything, finds it hard to capture it all in a song so has to keep on going. I may be wrong but for me, a good songwriter can't be one that sits back and smells the coffee and relaxes, a real songwriter is basically (in a nice way) tormented by creation, and that is me.

Story behind the song

This song is for Katelyn, I got this idea when I was writing her first song (a while ago)...I found the rough idea recently and thought I'd finish it. I was talking with my new friend Jack Frost and came up with the idea for the chorus so...yay. Pretty songs for pretty people? But of course.
