Story behind the song

This was a request from a friend as a possible intro for a youtube weather channel which was being pondered. This has not been gone ahead with. This is version 4 of the song, the main difference from earlier ones is the correction of the online German translations with Axel's improved Deutsch.
 
Additional lyrics were written but not recorded properly awaiting retranslation before it got shelved due to not being needed or a different musical direction being taken.
